    message
    The Message, in XML format, to deserialize.

    Return Value

    The deserialized message.
    Exceptions
    ExceptionDescription
    System.InvalidOperationExceptionNeither the TargetTypeNames nor TargetTypes property has been set.-or- The instance serialized in the message body does not comply with any of the schemas represented by the types in the TargetTypeNames and TargetTypes properties.
    System.ArgumentNullExceptionThe message parameter is null.
