Innovasys Privacy Policy

In this Privacy Policy, we describe the type of data, including personal data, that we collect from you when you use Innovasys websites, software products and services, how we use and disclose that data and your options to access or update your data.

Innovasys Limited act as data controllers and are responsible for compliance with data protection legislation, exercising of rights of data subjects and providing information about data processing.

By using this website or our software products you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy. 

What we collect and why

When you visit, register, download or order products or services on innovasys.com you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details and credit card information.

Your information will enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our site and to supply the goods or services you have requested. It will also enable us to bill you and to contact you where necessary concerning your orders.

We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. Google Analytics does not identify individual users. We use and analyze the website usage information collected through Google Analytics so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.

We use a third party service, Zendesk, to provide support services and live chat on our website and by email. Zendesk may collect information from you in order to provide you with support services (e.g. when creating a support request or using our live chat feature). If you consent to be contacted when downloading trial software, we will pass the details you provide to our email list provider, MailChimp. MailChimp collects statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our communications. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

Movies available on our website are served by YouTube. Movies are embedded with a "no cookies" option but your use of the YouTube movie player is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

If you choose to share or like a page using the social network buttons on our website pages, the social network provider may collect information about your visit to our website. You should consult the privacy policy of the chosen social network provider for specific information on the information they collect and how it is used.

We use third party advertising partners, Google Adwords and Bing Ads, to advertise our products online. Disclosure of your information

The information you provide to us will be held on our computers in the EU and may be shared with third parties who act for us for the purposes set out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you in accordance with the applicable laws on data protection and this Privacy Policy.  Those parties process information, fulfil and deliver orders, process credit card payments and provide support services on our behalf. We may also pass aggregate information on the usage of our site to third parties but this will not include information that can be used to identify you.

If our business enters into a joint venture with or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.

Third Party Advertising Technologies

We don't include advertising on our website, but we do permit Google and Bing to collect and use data about user activities on our Sites and/or Services in order to better target our advertising on Google and other sites. These companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on your computer and may record information to these cookies based upon your activities on any of our Sites and/or Services and on third party websites.
