    Project Spell Check allows you to quickly and easily check for spelling errors throughout the project.

    Run a Project Spell Check

    1. On the Tools Ribbon Tab, click the Project Spell Check button;
    2. The Project Spell Check window will open. You can select specific project elements to spell check by ticking or unticking items in the Spell Check In list;
    3. Click Execute to run the spell check operation;
    4. A list of items with misspelled items will be displayed in the grid at the bottom of the window.

    Double click an item in the grid to open that item for edit.

    Select an item and click Ignore to ignore the misspelled word(s) listed in the Misspelled Words column when checking spelling in this project.

    Select an item and click Add to add the misspelled word(s) listed in the Misspelled Words column to a global dictionary so that the word(s) will not be flagged as misspelled in any project.

     

    Ignore a word when spell checking in this project 

    1. Select an item in the Project Spell Check results list;
    2. Click the Ignore button;
    3. The word or words listed in the Misspelled Words column will be now be ignored when running the spell check in this project.

     

    Add a word to the custom dictionary

    1. Select an item in the Project Spell Check results list;
    2. Click the Add button;
    3. The word or words listed in the Misspelled Words column will be now be added to a global custom dictionary that will be used when running the spell check in any project.

     

    Navigation Bar

    When you open an item from the results grid (e.g. by double clicking), a Navigation Bar will be opened above the document tab area:

    The navigation bar makes it easy to step through the items on the results grid.
