This Metadata Element can only be used in Page Types or Scraps that relate to the Conceptual (Topics and Glossary) Documentation Item Types listed below. (more info)

Remarks
If the current output is for a secondary locale, this will always return the primary locale name. Use %GetTopicCategoryLocalizedName% to
return the localized Topic Category name.
