X 2008. This version of Document! X will include both Visual Studio 2008 integration and a new template based on the 2008 documentation style.

You can indeed create a single help system for integration with both Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio 2008, either using the existing 2005 style templates or the new 2008 style template.

Re: DocumentX! and VS 2008

I'm glad you have a forum. I had the same question (about VS2008 support). Will you be using a new template? Is Microsoft offering any changes to the help look-and-feel for VS2008?
For now, we're thinking that we can deliver the same docs with both the VS2005 and VS2008 versions of our product and I'm wondering if that's a workable plan.

Re: DocumentX! and VS 2008

Richard,

Thanks for the swift reply.
