    chinese/japanese garbled

     Hi,

    I download a trial version of help studio 2011, when I import a word document with chinese and japanese , the topic content is gabled. I've try to change the locale to Chinese/Chinese Simplified...but it didn't affect.

    How can I solve that problem?

    I have same trouble with cyrillic.
