In several places within both Help Studio 3 and the community extensions server, there are certain variables used. For example:

%%ItemTitleNoQuotes%%

%%itemid%%

Is there a list of these variables with definitions? Some of these might be useful to us in our documentation cycle.

If not, perhaps someone could tell me if the following scenario is possible: we would like to change the e-mail sent when someone posts a community comment. Instead of putting in the node id (which I think is defined as %%itemid%%), we'd like the title of the topic. Is this possible?

You can use %%itemtitle%% or %%itemname%% to reference a Topic name or Title. Other variables are:

• %%ShortTime%% = 12:00
• %%LongTime%% = 12:00:00 AM
• %%ShortDate%% = 5/8/2009
• %%LongDate%% = Friday, May 08, 2009
• %%Year%% = 2009
• %%GeneralDate%% = 5/8/2009 12:00:00 AM
