    Hello,

    I am using Helpstudion Version 3.5.2.3 on Windows 2000.

    I´d like to build a pdf booklet from my Helpstudion projekt, after a few seconds the building errors. I dont get a detail error message. So I don´t know what happend

    Does the booklet function work on a windows 2000 OS?

    I am getting this exact same problem, Windows Vista.  Has there been any updates?  I suspect perhaps IE 8 could be involved?

    Can you confirm you are running the latest setup (3.5.2.3), if not can you download and install this version please. If however you are running the latest set up can you send in a copy of your project to us at support@innovasys.com so we can investigate here please.

     Upgrading to the latest version fixed my issues, thanks!
