Work on v3 of DockStudio has been on hold for some time in order to allow us to concentrate on Document! X and HelpStudio. We still hope to be able to resume work on releasing v3 in the future, but at present that is as much information as I have and there is currently no rock solid guarantee that v3 will be publicly released.
We will post an announcement when there is more news on v3.
